We have used Genially to work on an English-speaking country: Ireland . First of all we had a brainstorming about English-speaking countries and my pupils decided Ireland could be the best one to choose because it is not as well-known as other countries and they liked the photos we saw on the Internet. In groups of 2 or 3, they searched for information about Ireland. To begin with, they discussed about the topics they were interested in finding out. For example: Capital city. Most important cities. Map. Landscapes. Literature. Music.After making a draft they got on with it. The students watched several videos in order to decide which ones they wanted to have in their presentations. They looked for information about the main cities, such as: Dublin, Galway, Cork and Limerick.
